can't see my photos on iphone

Is there anyone here who can help me?

I can't see my photos on iphone 15 pro. I get the message "no recordings." How should I activate / set up arlo on my iPhone?
I have received a new email that is registered in the Arlo Secure App.

Are you saying that you see the recordings on using my.arlo.com on a PC?  But not in the app?

Can you make a manual recording on the phone while live-streaming the camera?  If you can, are you seeing that recording in the Feed?
