battery only lasts a day

I put in a fully charged battery & it lasts only a day. What can I do to fix this?

It could be a combination of any or all of the following, such as signal strength/quality, location, total number of minutes per day of recording and live viewing as well as a bad battery or camera.

Swap batteries around to check. If the same camera has the same problem, swap cameras around.
