I have Pro2 basehub and cameras. After switching from Cox to Verizon, the basehub won't connect to internet. Called Verizon and was told internet is fine. Checked ethernet line and everything is good. Bought a new Pro2 basehub but no internet connection also. Search and was told something about the basehub and router setting. Verizon said they can't do anything because they need Arlo to provide the code or something to open a new port. Anyone have this problem? Please help! Thank you!

What model hub do you have? Look for VMBxxxx label on the hub.

Power : Green
Internet : Amber
Camera: Amber
The camera is amber I think because of after I pressed the reset button. I haven't try to link the cameras back yet. Thank you!

Is the base showing up in your router's attached device list?
Have you tried "add device" from both the phone app and a PC (my.arlo.com)?
