My pro 2 camera stopped recording when there was motion. I did the motion test and it blinked amber, like it is supposed to. I looked through all the settings I could find and didn't find a setting that turned the activity monitor off or on.

So I uninstalled the camera and tried reinstalling it. It did the slow blue blink, then the fast blink thing like it was connected. Never showed up in the app. I uninstalled the camera and reinstalled it. No luck.

I uninstalled the base station. Reinstalled it. Tried to sync the camera. No good.

I uninstalled the base station. Reset it. Reinstalled the base station. Tried reinstalling the camera. Same thing. Slow blue blink. Fast blue blink but it never showed up in the devices.

I did all of the above actions several times. What else can I try to get this to work?

After I sent that, I saw another post about a person using the wrong Arlo camera. I found the correct Arlo camera and it worked. I couldn’t figure out how to delete my post.

Thank you for the reply

Try using the manual sync method, momentarily pressing the top button on the base then same on the camera.

Do the same again next time the camera acts up again.
