That sounds like an email provider issue. However, have you checked your modes for proper settings?

Try to trigger motion in front of the cameras. Check if they are detecting motion and check if the motion you created was saved on the library. If no recording was created, that means your camera is not detecting motion that's why you are not receiving email alert.
