arlo pro 2 not connecting to new router

ive just up graded to a new router but i cant get it to talk to the arlo netgear.  even when I try to login the iternet wont connect me to the web site if just buffers.. so i cant make the reset happen... ahhhhhh

WHat are the LEDs on the base showing? WHo owns the router - you or the ISP? Does your Internet connection work at all for anything?
