how can i log in to arlo to change/update my new phone when it doesnt recognize it.

Log into my.arlo.com on a PC by choosing email verification.  From there you can remove the old phone from the trusted device list, and reset verification to by email.  Then log into the app on the new phone (entering the code in the email), and trust the phone.
