  maybe you could help me?  on monday(2-4-19) i was told by phone support that my problem(alert videos won't play anymore on my iphone) was being escalated and that technical support would be calling me back soon.  they haven't called me back.  today is 2-7-19.  

i have an iphone 6.

Are you within USA?
Have you checked using a web browser?

I myself have been waiting for two weeks for level 2 support and they keep saying they tried to call me even when I give them the international code to dial out of the USA.
