Your Request Has Timed Out, Multiple Issues

Alright, where do i start...

The apps been working fine for some time until today. All of a sudden I'm getting request timed out when trying to login. IT used to be that i'm constantly getting kicked offline and having to log back in. Imagine going through this type of issue when just the other day you caught a thief on your camera trying to break into your cars. Yea, I can't have that and this issue has been around for awhile now. It would be another story if these cameras were cheap. They are not. I expected them to work properly. They don't. They shutdown at unexpected moments, then turn back on when they feel like it. Sometimes they don't catch motion 2-5 second after a recording stops for the previous motion alert. Sometimes it just stops recording even though there is still clearly motion in the feed. How there are this many issues with something so expensive is beyond me. The least that can happen is for this application to stay ACTIVE at ALL TIMES. This is a serious matter and i'm responding as such. This same person could be at it again in my back lot while these cameras are down due to the faulty application. 

EDIT: I'm suddenly able to login after 30 minutes of not being able too. Fix this issue please. I don't want to worry that these cameras might go offline while I have someone smashing my windows out.
