Is there a fix for this issue yet? I see a lot of people are experiencing the same thing. My Arlo app states that it appears my devise is offline. My base station has green lights across the bottom. I have restarted the base station multiple time and re-synced my cameras.

Have you logged out and back in as well as tried both the app and a browser?
