Having the same problem as last week. I assume the database is down?

For those experiencing an issue logging in, if using google Chrome try pasting this in your url bar and then click "Remove All":
chrome://settings/cookies/detail?site=arlo.netgear.com
If using Firefox, follow the instructions listed here: How to clear the Firefox cache
If using the mobile app, check the app store and be sure you have the latest version available downloaded and installed.
You should then be able to log in.

In your browser. It depends on the browser but there should be a Privacy section where you can clear cookies.

Have you read any of the other existing posts about this? The solution is the same, clear the cookies for at least Arlo in your browser.

I have same problem. Cleared cookies, full shutdown restart, even tried Mozilla Firefox. I am in Florida and receiving alerts ffom my house in Canada but can no longer access the videos. Very upsetting. Guess I'll try going in through my tablet or phone next, but it's especially dissappointing to see no interest from Netgear "support" folks.

Worked - but should not have happened int he first place and too long to issue workarounds.
Also need to test changes robustly prior to release, this isssue is one of many listed on the forum.

SOLVED! After logging in through a different machine I reasoned they must be right about the cookies thing so I rechecked my browser (Chrome) and extended the cookies clearing date to full history. Sure enough it's OK now. Just a pain in the butt remembering all the default stuff I had before. But in the end, its still a fantastic product and I'm really impressed (other than their tech support).
