I'm on the free trial for the 30 day storage plan and I want to upgrade to the 60 day plan. However, when I try I get a message "warning " that my trial 30 day plan will be "canceled." My question is will my previous recordings stored in the cloud be deleted now or only when they reach the 60 day threshold? The "warning " for the upgrade seems unnecessary unless there is a downside risk . Thanks in advance for any help.

When upgrading from Arlo Smart Premier (30-day storage plan) to Arlo Smart Elite (60-day storage plan), it should not delete your previous recordings.

Thank you. I completed the upgrade and all the recordings were preserved.
