Wife has connected and everything works but when I try to add, shows cannot find Base

My wife has connected and everything works but when I try to "add a device" with my account it repeatedly says it can't find the base. Any ideas? Thanks.

It sounds like she is using the primary account.

 

You shouldn't be trying to add a device, because each device is owned by only one account.  Instead, you need to grant access to the cameras using the primary account. https://kb.arlo.com/000039122/How-do-I-add-friends-to-my-Arlo-account
