Why is there a delay in my alert? Takes about 40 seconds?

Why is there a delay in my alert. Like system will be on, I bring dogs in then about 40 seconds later the alerts go off.

could be phone service or arlo system... but nothing you can change.

usu my pushes come at about 15-30 secs
