I can’t connect my iphone to the base. My iPhone doesn’t find the base even though the light is clear blue. And i have reset it and disconnect it. I don’t know what to do. Do you have any idea what i can do?

Are you trying to install your base station or is it already setup? If you are installing it make sure you are using the Arlo mobile app or web to setup the unit & connected to the same network.
