Why cameras stop recording every 1 or 2 month, they need a hard reset to record again.

Yes, all cameras stop working, not really sure if it happen exactly at same time.

How can i do hard reset on the cammeras without having to remove the battery?

what camera models do you have?

There is no way to do a hard reset with the Pro or Pro 2.  All you can do is remove/reinsert the battery.  That just reboots the camera, it doesn't actually reset the camera.
