Where can I get a new power supply for my VMB4000 base station?

My base station won't turn on anymore so I'm guessing the power supply went out?

I ordered a generic power supply from Amazon and it does not fit.  I can't find any parts from Arlo.com 

Can someone please refer me to a website where I can purchase a power supply replacement?

There are a number of "universal" power supplies that should work. The keys are 1) the proper voltage and current capabilities, 2) the proper size connector and 3) being able to set the proper polarity of the connector. Does your replacement supply meet all of these?

I don't know of an official replacement from Arlo so the universal supply will be needed.
