Thinking of getting of a Pro 2 with one of the paid subscriptions but I have internet that can drop out on occation.  I know I lose cloud recording but what else would I lose, I plan on doing local recoding also?  Do you lose peson detection or motion detection or anyother features?

Any feature such as Smart that requires server interaction, notifications, etc. will cease during the outage. You should have recordings on your USB drive but that's it.
