Weak signal strength

Took my camera down from the mount to be charged. Full charge and remounted it. Now it is showing the weakest signal strength (red) and not able to record video. Prior to charging, the camera was working properly with full signal strength. Location of the camera has not changed, base station location has not changed, software is up to date and nothing has changed with the wifi. Camera is only 4 months old.

Have you tried to remove the camera from Settings > My Devices > Re-Add it and test again?

Customer "service."  I've called them several times.  English is not their first language.  They don't understand.  If the issue isn't listed in their standard script you are SOL.  I'm stuck with a poor system.  What a waste of $$$
