I have a solar panel for my Pro 2 camera.  It still charges the cameras fine, but it suddenly has started making the cameras go offline. We swapped cameras to see what the issue was and realized it was the solar panel causing the issue.  After finally getting ahold of customer support I got the RMA and case number for a warranty return swap.  After they sent me the email of how to ship, I am left completely confused.  Are they sending me the new solar panel first? And then I sent the broken panel back? How does this work?
If I have to send them the broken panel first, what all do I send back? As the email was totally confusing? Is said not to included mounts , books or cords?  The cord needs to be replaced as well as the panel as the entire unit is bad.  Calling customer service was a challenge yesterday as there was a language barrier and we were just not understanding or comprehending each other.  I am beyond frustrated and missing the refund date by a week.  Can anyone help me here as I am dreading trying to call again. Thank you!

Daisy77,

Generally the RMA will require only the parts needing to be replaced and will list exactly what is required. If mounts, manuals, cables, etc. are excluded in the RMA, they aren't required for the return. Additionally, the replacement is usually to be shipped after the warehouse has received your return. Your RMA form should provide the details if any of this is not the case.
