VMC4030P - iPhone App Says Base Station is Offline, Base Station Shows Onlin

We lost internet connectivity (service provider issue, not ours) and the cameras went offline.  They worked fine before this happened.  Now the base station shows its online but the iPhone app says the base station is offline.  We have unplugged the base station and the internet.  We also uninstalled and reinstalled the iPhone app.  None of this has resolved the issue.

Are you still having issues with your Base Station showing offline? If so, what LED light(s) are showing on your Base Station?
