My Arlo Base station is offline from 3 days. I followed the procedure disconnecting the power and the ethernet cable but looking the device from my app remains offline. The base station seems ok and all the 3 leds are green.
Then I tried to remove my device from the setting of the app to add it again. But once removed I haven't the possibility to add it again. Here the screen of my iOS app and the screen of the my.arlo.com site.
How can I add my device? Thanks

I did the full reset of the base station and the button to add a new device is at the end of all devices in the first tab of the app
