My Arlo Pro 2 base station is showing all green sold lights but the app indicates the station is offline. Tried resetting the power and router etc but nothing worked. It’s been offline for 36 hours and counting....

Firmware is 1.10.0.8_22190 and there’s no update available.

Any help pls??

Log out of the app and back in. ALso try a browser (you can use a mobile browser if you use the menu set to use the desktop version of the site).

Logging out of the app didn’t change anything. Neither did the mobile browser make any difference. I have tried various methods raised in other threads before but couldn’t fix this. I also couldn’t log my case via “Support” because all I could see was “Live Chat” which never worked.... 😞

There's also a phone section near the bottom of the page. Use the pull-down to select your country if not in the US.

Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the Arlo app by chance?
