VMA4900 Outdoor Power Supply Temperature rating

Will this adapter work when temperature is below 0C? There are no mention of the temperature spec, but the manual say 32f as the min temperature.

I understanding the batteries will not charge. What if I run the camera without the battery?

I know of no real limitation for the charger and cold temps. The charger is always drawing current so heat is being produced. Seems to me that there is no issue.

Its just that the manual state 32F to 122F and I know that's the temperature where the li-ion will charge.

I haven't gotten the camera yet. Hopefully it works...

The cameras themselves work down to -4F which is a hard stop.
