will the solar panel for the arlo pro 2 work in toronto, ontario, canada temps.  when it hits the minus 10's, 20's or even the odd minus 30's?

The Arlo Solar Panel’s operating temperature range is 32° to 122°F (0° to 50°C). The Arlo Solar Panel also cannot charge your battery at temperatures below freezing. You can read more about charging batteries in cold weather here: How do I keep my Arlo batteries charged in cold weather?
