Upgrade prompt/charging error and frozen getting status

I have an Arlo Go Pro 2 with the base and 2 cameras. I use the rechargeable batteries to power the cameras. I had a upgrade message prompt when I got into my account. It loaded while I begin to charge one camera. I hooked the charger to the second. The app now said there was a charging error. It then looked like the camera was charging, the camera wouldn’t go online. I switch the batteries but still frozen. Now I can't see any status on either camera because it continues to say getting status. I've unplugged the homebase too. But nothing changes. Please advise

Try rebooting the base as well as reinstalling the camera batteries.
