I have tried everything and I'm unable to receive or print a monthly invoice. I need this information for reimbursement of the monthly subscription and if I can't have this option, I will be forced to cancel my subscription and go with another company. Can anyone help me with locating this? I have already read several posts that other individuals are having the same problem and the auto attendant is absolutely no help what so ever. Frustrated...

To request an subscription receipt, log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Support > Settings and open a support ticket. The support team should be able to send you the receipt via email.
