For over a month I’ve been unable to login to the arlo app on my iPhone X to the point I’m thinking of cancelling the monthly subscription and throwing them in the bin! I’ve emailed support and had no answer, I’ve rung support (twice) and just got told you are working on it. I’ve tried on data or WiFi, I’ve uninstalled and re-installed and in a final last ditch attempt I did a factory reset on my phone. NOTHING WORKS, the arlo just won’t login. Any yet on my pc it’s fine. HELP!

Is this with a new OS version? There may be an issue with the app and any new OS. Have you tried the web client? You can use a mobile browser if set to use the desktop version of the site.
