App issues - Getting kicked out

Constantly getting kicked out of app. Every time I try to open it I either experience a very long delay or just get kicked out. This system is **bleep**. I spend more time trying to trouble shoot than use the damn thing!!! What is the problem Now?!?

Which app? Android? iOS?

 

What happens when you get "kicked out"?

 

This can happen if you are also trying to login with something else. (Or didn't logout properly from another device.)

 

This is guesswork on my part, based on very little information about what is going on at your end.
