Hi, 

 

Trying to log on to my account on my laptop, I get "THE REQUEST TIMED OUT" 

It has been like this last couple of days. 

On top of that, I have not been able to log on to my Arlo App on my Iphone for over a week. Have deleted and downloaded again several times, but the application just have the picture seen on the bottom.

Not much use for me to have these cameras if I dont have access. 

What can I do to get back on, both on my phone and my laptop?

Try this on the phone:

  • restart it
  • put it into airplane (disabling both wifi and mobile data)
  • launch the app
  • wait for the internet connection error

Now take the phone out of  airplane mode, and you should be able to log in again.

 

Once that is taken care of, the push notifications should reach the phone, so you can log in on the PC too.
