We bought Arlo Pro2 cameras (3) and a doorbell used. We downloaded the app and did everything as recommended-app is unable to detect the base. We tried the support chat but that is not working either. They keep loosing the connection in chat. Please help. We did a reset and everything according to manual what now? Okay thank you

Have you tried using a pc connected to the router and browser to the arlo login my.arlo.com and tried adding the base?
