Have been unable to arm or disarm from my phone since early December. I can do it from my computer just not my phone. Thanks

Can you provide a little more detail regarding the process you go though when attempting to change modes. I personally have a Note 9 & I am able to adjust through all modes accordingly. What Android & Arlo App version are you running?

I was trying to go to the mode tab on the home screen.
Rep had me uninstall then reinstall followed by cycling the base station. Didn't fix right away but started working later that afternoon
