I bought three cameras and one home base as a set. Two cameras are perfect. I didn’t set the third one up, but decided to finally do it. The third camera will not sync at all. No lights, nothing. I know the battery is fine because I exchanged it from one of the fully charged working cameras.
‘Any ideas?
thanks,
bob

Try to powercycle your base first before syncing the 3rd camera. Let your base be unplugged form outlet for about a minute. After you powercycle it, try removing the batteries of the camera for 5 seconds then re-insert it. Then sync the camera to the base by pressing the sync button on the base for 2 seconds, theny press sync on camera for 2 seconds. It works for me.

Also, when you first install the battery, verify that the blue LED flashes briefly to indicate power. If that doesn't happen, nothing will work.
I would also recommend NOT holding the base sync button for 2 seconds but just press it briefly. 2 seconds may be ok but too long causes an issue.
