Two Arlo Pro 2 cameras not detecting motion. Tried motion detection test feature but doesn't work.

I got two arlo pro2 and add them to base station successfully but non of them detect motion, I even try motion test feature but does not work. I have one other arlo pro which working fine.
I try to reboot base station and remove/add cameras as well but did not resolve issue.

I suggest either exchanging them with the seller or contacting Arlo support. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
