I have been having troubles getting into my Arlo Pro 2. It either doesn't let me in and all i see is the bird on the screen as if it is trying to load. If and when Ii get in I can't get into the library to see the clips.

You didn't tell us anything about your computer which makes it hard to give a fix. As noted many times here, W10's recent updates have broken Edge and IE with the symptom you note. You can download the videos and view them locally or use a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

I have tried, on Chrome, Edge and Google and none of them will work...2 wont even let me sign in ...just kicks me right back to the log in...thanks

What firmware version is your computer & devices on? Have you tried to reboot your computer, clear the cache and test again?
