System is off line, but providing alerts

The app on my phone is giving me alerts that coordinate to real events, but not getting recordings of the event.  app shows cameras and base unit is offline.  How is that possible?  What is the fix?  Rebooting does not work.

Try the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if things are also offline there.  Reboot the phone and reinstall the app.
