Hi
The app has been telling me for 2 days my cameras are offline. I've tried rebooting the base station--nothing.
Any ideas?

What are the base LEDs showing?

Hi thanks for replying.
I DO have Comcast but there's been no outages here. Internet works fine.
The "camera" light on the base is not lit tho it flashes occasionally.
I've tried rebooting the base station by pulling power cord--no help.
The app says my cameras are offline. Do you think I need to re-synch the camera? Do I need to delete them re-add the camera?

The Camera LED being off means no cameras are synced. You can try removing the cameras from Settings, My Devices and resync after verifying that the batteries are good. If that doesn't help, remove ALL devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh.

How does a camera that has been functioning fine for months, become "un-synced"?
I pulled the camera down when thru the process to sync the camera. It seems to be recording now.
But the battery level says 44%. I just charged it to 100% 4 days ago.
Something is screwy.

Can't answer the "why". Power outage, phase of the moon, etc.?  The batteries being discharged is due to no connection to the base, causing the cameras to repeatedly attempt a connection. This is a known condition.
