System Wide Outage

Today is Dec 15th, 2021.  

 

Did anyone else experience a system wide issue that made all of their cameras and base station unavailable from roughly 10:15 AM to 11:00AM Eastern time?  I was on a chat with a support representative and after confirming that my connection was good and I had restarted my device the system came back online at 11:04 AM.  

 

I am so frustrated with the support system Arlo has in place.  Just to be able to talk to someone through chat I had to use 2 factor authentication.  Then the support rep wouldn't answer if they were having a system wide issue.  

Both downdetector.com and Arlo's own support page indicate that they are having issues.  

 

This is not the first time I have been frustrated with the system Arlo uses for support and hen I have the opportunity I am going to change to another solution.

I had no problems at 1030 AM Eastern today. Arlo status page does not list any problems today. They always list past problems when fixed/
