Sudden disconnect of all cameras, can't find them again

Hi.
I have 3 arlo pro 2 and 1 arlo go connected to my base.
At around 1200 yesterday all pro 2s disconnected uncluding base station but the arlo go was still working.
I tried these things to solve the problem;
* Uninstall and install the app including removing the cameras.
* Restart the base station.
* Factory reset the base station (this made it work again).
When I try to add the pro 2s again it just doesn't find them.
I tried to factory reset (holding button for 15sec according to arlo) the cameras without any luck.
I have not made any changes to my internet provider or router.

The Go does not connect to your base station - it only uses cell service. The Go 2 can connect to a base or hub but I'm not sure whether it will to your specific base.
Use the following FAQ for all the Pro 2 cameras, being sure to follow all steps, including removing the cameras from your account, carefully. Also, note that the only reset of the Pro 2 cameras is by reinserting the battery - using the sync button only works on the newer cameras:
