Hello, I've had arlo for about two weeks and after a week our outdoor camera now makes static noise and muffles all audio. We even let the camera die and recharged it. I ordered it through the arlo amazon page. How would I go about about returning just one camera to get a replacement?

Amazon probably needs you to exchange the whole kit. That might be fastest.
You could also contact paid support and exchange the camera under warranty. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
