I recently sold some of my cameras I remove them from my account the person that I sold them to is having a difficult time adding them to their account that was already created any tips?

How long has it been since you removed them from your account, it might take a few days for the arlo backend to be updated with a change.

They may need to factory reset the base station/SmartHub and (depending on the model) the cameras.
