I can't get chat to work. Also, don't see a way to contact Arlo via email. So resorting to this in order to contact an Arlo rep as opposed to making another phone call.
Can an Arlo rep/Netgear employee please confirm this case # I was given yesterday which is regarding a replacment Solar Panel that will be shipped to me once they are vack in stock?
