Solar Panel not charging camera. Getting message saying "Activity zones are currently disabled."

camera will not charge on solar panel . Message :AC power has been disconnected from Arlo device. Activity zones are currently disabled. On have two places to connect.  I tried a new solar panel and nothing improved.

You can try reading this article to troubleshoot when your Arlo Solar Panel isn't charging your Arlo Pro 2 camera: My Arlo Solar Panel is not charging my Arlo Go or Arlo Pro camera battery; what do I do?

Your camera must be plugged in to a power source to use activity zone (not Solar Panel). To use activity zones without plugging in your camera, you must subscribe to Arlo Smart.
