Smart notifications only sending "Motions detected"

My system used to send specific notifications to my phone & email such as "person detected" "vehicle detected" "animal detected"... now all it says is motion detected, from all 4 cameras. No specifics anymore. And I keep up with updates. This makes it a pain because now I have to check every notification. Where if it used to say animal I could ignore it. Help!

Did your paid subscription expire?

If it is still active, go into "manage cameras" and make sure all the cameras are connected to the plan.
