Showing solid amber light. Disconnected from cameras. Tried holding reset but won't flash anymore.

Hi, 

I have a base unit that has been working fine for about 4 weeks. From yesterday it is showing a solid amber light. Disconnected from the cameras, I have tried all of the troubleshooting and still nothing. I thought the last resort would be the reset button but after holding the button down for about 10 second it won't even flash. 

Any ideas out there??

Which ( if you have more than one ) led is amber.... have you tried to unplug it for a while...

Also the reset is hold in the 'reset' button for 10 secs till the leds flash amber.

If NG, it may be a defective base ( if power led is staying amber ) and would prob need to contact Arlo support for warranty
