Setting up Essential and Arlo Pro 2

I have both Arlo Essential cameras and Arlo Pro 2 cameras. I have a Samsung Ultra 25 cell phone and a Galaxy cell phone. My network is Frontier Fiber Optic Wifi 7. The Arlo app will not work on my cell phones anymore. Just the desktop Mac. I tried Arlo customer service and it was a total fail. 5 times. I could not understand their speech in some cases and when I could the solutions they offered did not work after they walked me through it several times. Arlo will not verify my cell phones. Someone suggested setting up a 2.4 ghz network, I contacted Frontier, they tell me some of my devices are using 2.4. Any help is appreciated as I'm at the end of what Tech from Arlo has to offer.

I have the Arlo app installed on my Samsung Ultra 25 cell phone. I'm using a Frontier Wifi 7 fiber optic network. When I log onto Arlo, it says my device is not trusted and attempt to send a verification code. I have to use email to receive it. When I enter the emailed code, I get "something went wrong, try again".
