I have 4 Pro 2 cameras. One of them is connected to power and has activity zones on it. I have a rule set up to receive notifications but it stopped working. I have played around with settings but thy doesn’t seem to be the problem. The camera is in an awkward place externally so re-syncing it is not very easy. Any suggestions of how to troubleshoot without having to climb up?! Many thanks

Hi surik,

 

For notifications, are you referring to push or email notifications? Are you using custom modes? If so, try using the default "Armed" mode to see if you're receiving notifications.
