I'm setting up my pro 2 system, where is my service code?

Not sure what you mean by service code but if your talking about the free trial it should activate when you set up a new cam.

Pro 2 cameras have one-week free cloud storage without any need for free trials.

 

But that still leave the question, what is this service code? It isn't a term that appears in any Arlo documentation.

Arlo hardware: Q Plus, Pro 2 (X2), Pro 3 (X3), Pro 3 Floodlight, Security Light (X2), Ultra (X2), Doorbell, Chime

My app asked for the service code when I first downloaded it and was syncing my cameras saying it was on my receipt. I was able to get things running by signing up for a Smart plan so I'm not exactly sure what the deal was. Thanks.

Like @michaelkenward said it has 7 day free cloud storage. When I bought my Pro2's back in March It came with a 30 or 60 day trial of smart plan. Not sure if they got rid of that.
