Schedule and Routines Not Working

I have been beating my brains out for weeks and I have followed the directions to a 'T' but I still cannot get my cameras to go from standby to "Arm Away" at a specified time.  I have got it to work one (1) time but didn't work the next day.  Does anyone know what's going on?  his shouldn't be that difficult to do.
