HI.

I have tried to set up Geofencing - It work ok on one Phone - But the second Phone which is a Samsung Galaxy S8+ says Unavailable.

Is there anyway to fix this?  I know that phone works ok - Have tried to install Life 360 - And that works fine with tracking the phone

Hi Plouger,

 

For the Samsung Galaxy S8+, is this device the main account or a grant access account? Have you tried un-checking on Geofencing "Enabled Mobile Devices" menu, force close out the Arlo app, and re-checking the device to see if that works? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your Samsung Galaxy S8+ to see if that works?

The galaxy s8 is the grant account and I have just uninstalled it and installed new version. And problem is the same
